The location of the hotel is fine, next to Orchard Rd (shoping paradise). However, during the evening the adjacent street seems to be occupied by easy going ladies. The rooms are a bit old fashioned and have a complicated remote system that should control all the lights and aircon. The rooms definitely don't meet my expectation for a 5 star... more

Stayed at this hotel for three nights. A good hotel with very welltrained staff, always willing to help you out. Very business like without screaming kids running around. Rooms are well sized and comfortable. Getting acess to the "business" lounge is recomendable. All in all a good experience more

I have stayed in this Hotel since it first opened, many years ago! The staff are consistantly attentive, there is no "check in" counter; just a desk and chair. The Negara on Claymore has been reborn as the Pan Pacific Orchard. The vast improvement is evident throughout the hotel.
