The hotel is great, service is average..but it is bang in front of a strip mall. They should hire more English speaking help. more

Wonderful location (near Bal Harbour Shops and Aventura Mall... little bit far from Dolphin Mall) and at the beach. The service was great, no problems at all, always very efficient. The room was clean and very well put, LCD 50" TV. Room service was great as well. Be back soon! more

We splurged and booked a one bedroom suite, so that we could put our daughter down for naps and bedtime in the bedroom and still have a place to hang out ourselves.
