We were in Miami for a company christmas party and stayed at this boutique hotel. Check-in was a breeze. Although it is located in an area where bars and clubs are everywhere, we did not hear any noise at all. Our room was small but we both had enough space. Room has very modern decoration, it was clean and very... more

I stayed there for one night. I am disabled and use a wheelchair but am not totally confined to it. Staying at this hotel was a hassle to say the least. I had called before booking to make sure that they were ADA compliant with ramps, etc and was told yes. Their one ADA room was booked for the week,... more

I’ve found very interesting one of their advertising slogans is “Our number one attraction is guess satisfaction” that wasn’t the case on the night of our stay at Waldorf Towers Hotel, my girlfriend and I decided to spend a weekend there after upgrading to an ocean view room We were looking forward for a great weekend at South Beach where... more

Stayed at the Waldorf for my birthday last August. Room was really cute and a pleasant surprise. Lots of hotels in South Beach have upgraded the room with laminate floors, thank goodness because the rugs were sooooo gross, doesn't matter what hotel... rugs are just gross... Only complaint, we had arrived 20minutes before check in time and were told that... more

If you care to stay at a clean hotel, this is NOT a good choice. The blankets were so old and dirty. I don't think they had EVER been washed. My friend and I stayed there in May. Although the weather was really hot, we both returned home with a cold. The centeral air-conditioning is set very low and the... more

When we arrived they had only booked one of two rooms, although we had checked twice by phone if everything was in order. (It would later show that it was the usual way - bad administration). Luckily they had one room free for the first night but not for the following nights... The room we were supposed two have the... more

This Hotel claims to be the Jewel of South Beach. It’s anything but! The hotel is dirty and the staff is downright unfriendly. There is toxic black mold in the air handling system that made me and my traveling companion sick. In addition there were hundreds of bugs in the shower. And I asked them for something as simple as... more

Made a reservation for four adults and were promised two double beds. Upon arrival we were told that they did not have any more rooms with two doubles and they would upgrade us to a suite overlooking Ocean avenue with a king bed and a pullout couch. Made us feel like we should thank them for doing this. Told them... more

DON'T GO TO MIAMI, choose an other destination, but if you want to go there DON'T GO TO THE WALDORF TOWER. The rooms are dirty, in one week stay they changed the bed linen only one time, they put dirty towels as clean and they fold carefully. They wrote "completely renovated" but is not true, old furniture with some new... more

Terrible stay! This place was a nightmare! Do not waste your dollars! Hotel is filthy - rooms and hallway. There were layers of dust on ledges, trim, and ceiling fans; there was mildew and soap scum on the bathroom shower floor; there were scuff marks on the walls - no one cleans??? Safety is an issue. I went to open... more
