Boyfriend and I had not a complaint regarding this B&B. It's just a couple of blocks from the old town action, but really nice and quiet. I should have known when booking this property that Bonnie wasn't coming across on the phone in the same way a lot of these reviews have described and raved about her. She seemed a bit put off with the call, wasn't very helpful, and it was pretty much like pulling teeth to get her to respond to some simple questions.... more

We thouroughly enjoyed our five day stay at the Alexander Homestead. The room was beautiful and it was really great to sit on our private veranda and enjoy the view of the trees and squirrels.
