Very nice hotel, staff was great. Rooms were excellent, the bathrooms were a very nice size, but the overall room was a little smaller than you would imagine for the price, but they were OK. We had a premium room with a sitting area, perhaps 350 SF total all areas (rough estimate didn't measure it). "mandatory" additional fees: Valet parking... more

Stayed at the Casa Monica for two nights in early December with my wife. The hotel is historically beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in a deluxe room on the 4th floor. The room was a decent size and everything was well maintained and spotless. The staff was very attentive and available for assistance without being "in your face." The... more

Being away from home for Thanksgiving is not what I planned, but a temporary work assignment in Atlanta precluded my returning to the northeast for the Thanksgiving holiday. Having fallen in love with the quaint historic town of St. Augustine, FL years ago, I decided that I'd make the 5-hour drive down and spend Thanksgiving at the Casa Monica (I've... more

The Casa Monica hotel is the best hotel in St. Augustine. With that being said, know that it is not your only choice for fine accomodations. There are several bed and breakfast places that I might rate just as highly. The CMH is a refurbished place in top notch style and certainly deserves four stars from me. I can't give... more

A beautiful hotel packed with history. Centrally located in the downtown district. Stayed 3 days and had a very comfortable room with a view of the cathedral & flagler college for $169 per night. Parking is valet, and costs additional $. Not too bad for the quality of this property. Staff is very helpful, attentive and professional. Restaurant 95 Cordova... more

My husband booked this room for a long weekend through hotels.com. We paid for a King room, but due to a very large wedding we were put in a double queen. Service was pleasant, but overall, we felt the whole experience was overpriced. We paid over $800.00 for three nights, and franky I don't know why. We did try the... more

St. Augustine was the lat stop on our vacation down the coast and our least favorite one as well. The city has a tiny historic downtown (which is cute and interesting) but is lacking more attractions. The beach is great! The hotel was okay but not as great as the reviews made it sound. The staff seems a bit cold.... more

My husband and I just got married and we had our reception at the Casa Monica hotel. We received a complimentary 1 night stay at the hotel on our wedding night, ( which is good, because after paying for the wedding we did not feel like dishing out another couple hundred bucks to stay at the hotel). The room was... more

This is a beautiful hotel and it has a wonderful staff. The rooms are decorated perfect and the beds are very comfortable. I have 3 small children and they were very happy to help find a room to accommodate the entire family. The location was perfect, we could walk to everything in town that we wanted to see. I would... more

From the moment we arrived at the Casa Monica hotel I can honestly say we had a brilliant time with top notch service. Our room lived up to expectations and was very comfortable. We tried Sunday Brunch on our first morning, which was very tasty and quite amazing how it was laid out. The hotel has a small pool on... more
