It started at check-in when we were required to PAY for our room. We had already PAID for our room through Travelocity as a special deal. When receiving the credit card bill, definitely paid twice. I do not recommend this, as the high speed is a joke, and you will be very lucky to even get reception in your room (the max is 2 bars, and that was in the hotel lobby).
