First off... been in a lot of hotels and for me, this bed was tops... you sank into it, and with the down pillows and comforter it was the best rest I've had in a long time. The broken infrastructure here has to do wih the people and the lack of attention to thier customers. I would not recommend this property to anyone who simply wants well, service. Some examples.
