Best thing I liked was that the hotel staff were friendly and professional, but one did not have to walk a gauntlet of employees hanging around in the lobby with their hands stuck out for tips for saying hello. In fact, the staff were not pushy at all, but were very attentive and proactive in ensuring your stay was pleasant.... more
