Very disappointing for the price, staff were not particularly friendly, no heating in the middle of winter (staff were wering fleeces) except in the rooms. Fairly noisy but no real facilities, messed up our booking etc, etc. Wouldn't stay again, much better youth hostels for a lot less money. more

just spent a night at this hotel- its very grand looking-room was nice,looked out onto garden at the back,with opening doors. has pool-spitting distance from the Hot Pools. once we arrived,reception gave us towels and we left our bags and crossed over the road. perfect-price included breakfast- if your visiting the famous Hot pools at Hamner you cant go wrong... more
