My best friend and I went to Breezes Oct. 21-28th. We didn't really know what to expect based on the mixed reviews that we had read. We don't have any clue where all the bad reviews came from, cuz we had the time of our lives!! Check-in was a breeze. We were checked in in about 5 minutes and in the elevator to our room. We got an oceanview room. The view was great, except for a big palm tree that blocked some of the pool view. We could still wake up and look out onto the ocean and see everything that was going on. The room was great, clean and the bathroom was very nice. The only complaint about the tile floors was that everytime you sat down the bed moved!! It actually was kind of comical. The weather was cloudy everyday but one, but still nice temps and we were able to chill by the pool and ocean everyday. The food was plentiful and good, loved the made-to-order omelets. The drinks were DELICIOUS!!! I don't think I have ever had so much to drink in a week's time!! My friend LOVED the slushies and I fell in love with the yellow bird and of course, the bahama mamas!! Thank you Marko!!! Funky D and his band played every night, and he knows how to put on a show!! Every night had a different theme, and I must say that our favorite theme night was TOGA NIGHT!!! There was always something to do at the beach, pool or in the main lounge so you were never bored. The staff was out of this world!! Jerry, you are the man, and Snake and Swish and Rico, well, you know what you are!!! The ladies, Makeda, Joy and Kim were so friendly and nice as well. The trip was so wonderful, we shed a few tears on the plane as we left the Bahamas!!! We are scouring the internet now for deals to get back as soon as we can!!! We didn't venture into town too much, but we did take a city bus tour that was very interesting. Make sure to go with Carver, he makes it very funny!!! We did go to 2 clubs downtown. Club Fluid was alright, but my favorite was Charlie's. If you're looking for a reggae club that doesn't play the mainstream stuff, this is the club for you!! My husband and I had great week in Nassau. I can't say enough about the hotel and the hotel staff and entertainment staff. We were well taken care of. A big koodos goes out to Maketa, Joy, Swish and Snake. My husband was a token junkey and we came home with lots of wonderful prizes. Shot glasses for everyone!!!! Funky D was a fantastic performer and we throughly enjoyed his music and performing! Iwould recommend this hopping resort to all my friends and we plan to go back in the spring. Thanks again to all the entertainment staff at Super club Breezes, Joy and Maketa, we will be playing "bumper cars" real soon !!

Just got back, went just for the weekend. Unfortunately we caught the edges of the hurricane so the weather was not sunny, cool and extremely windy. But we learned many lessons, first of all, the transfer from the airport was included, but next time we will take a taxi. When you arrive on the transfer there is a long line checking in, it moved very slowly. I had heard that they served drinks while you waited but not so when we arrived. The staff at the check in desk were mixed, some were very nice some need to get a new job. The room was good, the view exceptional. I thought i would be dissapointed with a garden view room, but all the rooms have an ocean view. And a great view it was. Food was acceptable. Lots of entertainment. The great part was on the second day they had overbooked the hotel and announced if you gave up your room they would give you two free nights for every night you gave up. We agreed to give up our room and were transferred to the Riu resort on Paradise Island. The actual transfer was a dissaster, but once we got to the Riu the hotel was quite a step up. Gorgeous hotel, food was a little better, the staff were awesome. The beach was great, still cool and windy and no sun. Unfortunately we did not have an ocean view, although I believe most rooms did have one, just not ours. But the room was huge. Right next door to Atlantis, same beach. I wouldn't pay for Atlantis, when you can stay right next door and walk to Atlantis, two minutes walking slow. :o)

And The Entertainment crue,,, Makeda, Kristal,Joy,Swish,Kim,Rico,Jerry, Were Also wonderful, They Became like best friends.. Also Ramon In The Garden of Eden, And Antonette, in The Pastoarfarre, Also Polo In The Main Dinning, They All Need A Raise They Go Out OF There Way TO Make You Feel Special , And Welcomed And To Have FUN, We Will COME BACK Because Of Them..
